Discovery Conversation: We start with a 30-minute conversation to understand your context, goals, and expectations, and to see if we are a good fit.
Clarity & Design: Based on our conversation, we co-create a coaching plan – focus areas, duration, and frequency.
Coaching Engagement: We meet regularly (usually every 2–3 weeks) for deep, reflective conversations, supported by exercises and with check-ins/accountability calls between sessions.
Integration & Next Level: We review progress, capture key shifts, and identify how you will sustain and build on your growth beyond the engagement.
